Delete.

Account & data deletion

You can delete your Invoice Toro account — and the data in it — at any time, right from the app. Here's how it works, what gets removed, and how to reach us if you can't sign in.

Delete it from the app

The fastest way is straight from Invoice Toro on your phone:

  1. Open Invoice Toro and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when asked — this can't be undone.

For your security, you may be asked to sign in again first. Once you confirm, your account is deleted and you're signed out.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our live systems:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials.
  • Your business profile and logo.
  • Your clients, and every document — invoices, estimates, credit memos, and purchase orders.
  • Saved catalog items, custom fields, and the payment records you entered.

Export anything you want to keep as a PDF before you delete — once it's gone, we can't recover it.

What we may keep, and for how long

We remove your data from our live systems when you delete your account. A limited amount may be retained only where the law requires it — for example, records we need for tax or fraud-prevention — and routine encrypted backups expire on a rolling schedule rather than all at once. Can't sign in to the app?

If you've uninstalled Invoice Toro or can't access your account, we'll delete it for you.

Request deletion by email

Email support@invoicetoro.com from the email address on your account. We'll verify it's you, confirm the request, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription separately

Important

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid Toro Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel yours in your App Store or Google Play account settings — otherwise billing may continue. Deleting the app alone doesn't cancel it either.

If you own a business with a team

Deleting your own account doesn't delete a shared business that still has other members. If you're the owner and want the whole business closed — or ownership handed to someone else — email support@invoicetoro.com and we'll take care of it properly.
